Commentary
Controversial conclusions exist in the literature regarding the significance of positive surgical margin in partial nephrectomy specimens. In this article the authors study the recurrence-free survival in 1,240 clinical stage T1-T2N0M0 patients who underwent partial nephrectomy at 4 institutions.
